BACKGROUND:
From Smoke Inn:
“In the late 1800s, Segundo Lopez introduced the Particulares brand and later Particulares factory in Cuba. The same man would later go on to establish Byron cigars and the single most renowned cigar in the world: Montecristo.

“While the latter two have continued on in one form or another to this day, the Particulares name was left collecting dust… until now. Introducing Particulares by Sindicato, a revival of this classic Habano that stays true to the cigar’s historic beginnings.

“Packaged in authentic, Cubanesque dress boxes of 20 cigars, using the original Particulares vista artwork, the cigars certainly look the part. But it’s the blend that will have enthusiasts coming back. Working with the Fernandez family and their renowned TABSA factory in Nicaragua, Particulares incorporates 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos. Using a puro blend helps to mimic the classic Cuban profile, which is facilitated by the Fernandez family’s own AGANORSA leaf – among the most sought-after tobacco in the world.”

THE WHOLE MEGILLAH:
I bought a fiver from Smoke Inn because I had an epiphany when I perused the site and remembered that, long ago and far away, I enjoyed this inexpensive cigar. I smoked one yesterday and bought a box. There. I just gave away the farm.

There are 7 sizes. All good ones. Prices range from $7.00-$8.00 before discounts.

A packed to the hully gully snausage. A little tight in the britches. I grab my PerfecDraw only to find it missing. I put out a ROD-ALERT. Similar to a Silver Alert but the RA is much older and no one pays attention. Luckily, I snag a more amenable PD that is willing to put the time in. And not complain.

Pithy start. Flavorful. Notes of caramel, mild spicy black pepper, cinnamon oatmeal, creaminess, and mocha java.

As I’ve been chain smoking these cigars, I find that the description of medium strength is not quite accurate. I’ve found it to be punchier along the lines of medium/full.

There is a lovely luxuriousness to this blend. Surprising for such an inexpensive cigar. Even though the price shown above is $8, I got them for $6 from Smoke Inn. I have another box coming. Damn. Did I do it again. Question mark.

The cigar is a square box press. Always confusing for an old guy like me. My brain receptors think I’m holding the cigar wrong in my giant Gila Monster-like maw. The rectangular box press is a more tranquil smoke.

Construction is spectacular. The burn line is cutthroat.

The creamy caramel is totally upfront. Running in second place are equally decent flavors of orange rind, black licorice, espresso, dark chocolate, and sweet cashews.

Cigar Dojo reviewed the cigar in 2016 which you can read here.

Strength hits a solid medium/full at 1” burned. Slow roll. 20 minutes.

British Talent Manager’s managing director, Asshole B. Moneybags, had a cool Jag. He droved Stewart and I back from a gig in Nottingham back to London. 125miles. He made it in one hour. My fro was never the same.

Know what generic term I just love…’Natural Tobacco flavor.’ What the fuck is that. Question mark.

I love the 2021 Blind Man’s Puff review of this cigar. I love even more that they have always stated exactly how many months their review cigar rested. Yay BMP. Good on yer.

As this is a Corojo blend, you expect a spicy encounter. The cigar delivers in spades. But a very controlled experience. The pepperiness never overshadows the delicate flavor notes I’ve described. Now that’s blending.

Just the right touch of complexity and depth. It is hard to expect much from a $6 stick. But it’s nice when it surprises you. Right. Question mark.

Did you ever chase crazed chickens with a shovel, behind the miniature train tunnel, because they were pecking children. Me neither. OK. Maybe four times. Knott’s was strict about poultry.

It is -4 degrees. My windows are open. My ganglion of gonads is gone, baby, gone. You’re welcome.

Not a damn thing linear about this cigar. 2” burned. Afternoon Delight.

The char line is gonadically correct.

Nobody seems to have told Van Morrison that his sax playing is just OK.

Oh, this cigar is gooood. Couldn’t stand Gomer Pyle. Made my skin crawl. And exactly what happens when your skin crawls. I have no idea. I’ve had my skin lounge. I’ve had my skin falter. I’ve had my skin segue. And I’ve had my skin expand along my hairline.

This is not a flavor bomb. Word keeps correcting the word bomb and making it bong. I get the message. Besides, I hate cleaning those things.

Never knew what a bass harmonica sounded like until S&G’s “The Boxer.”

Skipping ahead. I had to stop skipping at 68. Neighbors complained. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. This stupid shit just erupts while I’m smoking.

The halfway point sees an uptick in flavor deliciosity. Spread out. Cheese. Boink.

Men, you can’t go wrong with this cigar. It looks purty. It smokes well. It tastes goood. It’s cheap. What is the question. Question mark.

But you gotta let them sleep. Sure, you can afford to waste a few. But why. No question mark.

Sips of water emulsify the natural tobacco flavor. I lick the bottom of Sammy’s feet.

You’re not going to have an orgasmic time with this cigar. You won’t stop buying Casdagli cigars. Your Padrons are safe. Give them to your mooch friends and they will love you long time. And you can join them with a smirk and a smile. The crowd called out for more.

You can purchase these cigars from non-sponsor Smoke Inn. You can get 15% off with promo code DOJOVERSE. Do me a favor…so Smoke Inn knows that I sent you, write something in the comment section. Thanks.
