Below: The 2026 packaging. Same orange suede shoes…but fancier.

Crowned Heads only releases this cigar to retailers one day a year.
I chose the TW to be my evening cigar, and I wondered if CP had them back in stock. They do. I don’t know how long. It’s not a timed sale but when they’re gone, baby, they’re gone.
Leaf stats:
Wrapper: Connecticut Broadleaf
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Sizes: 5.5 x 52, 5.6 x 46, 6 x 54
Strength: Medium/Full
Retail pricing: $11.00, $12.00, $13.00
This sale knocks 35% off retail.
Cigar Page has all three sizes in both fivers and 20 or 21 count boxes. Be careful. The box pricing per cigar is more expensive than the fiver price per stick.
The fiver prices per cigar:
5.5 x 52 $7.77
5.6 x 46: $7.12
6 x 54 $8.02
The box prices per cigar:
5.5 x 52 $8.96
5.6 x 46 $8.21
6 x 54 $9.74
Take a look at the box. We don’t need no stinkin’ orange boxes. Go for fivers in multiples.
This is one of my favorite cigars.

I went back to read your prior review of this one again and, based on the review, was surprised to see you say it’s one of your favorites. Is this one a good candidate for a recap/update? Never tried one, but just ordered the fiver.

Dude, I reviewed this cigar 11 years ago.
Palates change. Blenders get better. Tobacco gets better…so, ok I’ll think about a revisit. Don’t be so thorough in the future.
