Cigar & Brew Review is Stealing My Reviews.
They have used, without my permission, re-published reviews on the Padilla Crianza and the Feral Flying Pig from my blog.
I have asked, numerous times, for Ed to remove these reviews. I don’t care if he gives me credit. That doesn’t count as him having permission to publish my intellectual property.
It breaks copyright law to use my material without my express permission.
I have engaged legal help to try and resolve this.
But since Ed is a coward and a weasel, because he won’t reply to any of my queries, I feel that getting down and dirty is the only resource I have left.
If you know him, please ask him to cease and desist from using my reviews.

He also has a FB page with the same name: https://www.facebook.com/cigar.brewreview
I am now protected from theft by DMCA.
AS OF JULY 13, 2013, WORDPRESS.COM TERMINATED HIS BLOG FOR VIOLATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE. THAT IS, PLAGIARIZING MY WORK. HUZZAH!!

Thanks Jason for the heads up.
He also stole work from Bryan Glynn of cigarobsession.com. I have notified Bryan.
I filed a complaint with wordpress that he has broached copyright infringement. I guess we will see how effective this is. And I will be speaking to an attorney this morning who specializes in this sort of thing. I think this is Eddie Martell.
