It’s rsteve1945 replying to myself. I got off the phone with C.I. customer service, stateside, about 1/2 hour ago, and verbally placed an order using the 20% off coupon code CIAFFCJO20. The customer service supervisor was efficient and, surprisingly, apologetic, but did throw the folks that write C.I.’s software under a speeding locomotive.
