There are eight 5-packs at $9.99 each. The vendor is Payless Cigars and Pipes. Payless is just a larger corporations internet vehicle. There is no Brick and Mortar Payless Cigars and Pipes store. Payless Cigars & Pipes is owned by The Cigarette Store Corporation which is the largest tobacco retailer in the United States. The Cigarette Store Corporation operates hundreds of retail brick-and-mortar storefronts across multiple states under several corporate names, like Smoker Friendly, Havana Manor, Tobacco Depot, Smoke N Go, and a myriad of others.

Oops, my 81-year-old brain forgot to tell me to write in the post above, with the link to the $9.99 5-packs, that you can buy more than one of any of the 5-packs. If you only see one of the eight 5-packs that has cigars that you might enjoy, you can buy several of the same 5-pack. As a veteran of the Vietnam War, I try to send cigars to the 501(c)3, Cigars for Warriors frequently. Decent quality $2.00 cigars are perfect to send.
