I alerted you to a killer deal on this $17.00 cigar through non-sponsor Neptune Cigars. Their price was around $10 in a ten count box.
I found a better deal this morning and pounced.
JR Cigars sells 25 count boxes of both the Robusto and Toro for around $6 per cigar.
I bought a box immediately.

After hearing from you, I discovered that JR did a bait and switch. My order page says I only bought a box of 10.
I called customer service and got the run around. The rep told me she had similar calls and had a call into the warehouse and would call me.
I’ve never had this issue with JR but if they don’t make this right, never again.

Hi Phil,
Think the jr site is incorrect in first showing a 25 count box – which it changed to a ten count AFTER I paid. Just a Heads up to double check what they sent you; I sent a wtf email to em, but doubt anything will happen.
I do like the smokes, even at 15 bucks.

JR F’d this one up. These cigars were never offered in 25 count boxes. They show 25 count on the site and then you get an order confirmation for 10 count. I called an cancelled my order.
